Metamorphosis of the Monarch
 
A stunning watercolour painting showing the metamorphosis of the Monarch. In New Zealand the koru is a symbol of creation, so I have used this spiral for the transformation from egg to butterfly. When printed on A4 paper, each stage on the monarch should be as close to life size as possible.
